The Story: From the Indigo Plateau to the Orange Archipelago
The season opens with the last stretch of the Kanto journey, including fan favorites like "Princess vs. Princess" and "The Ancient Puzzle of Pokémopolis". The Characters: A Reshuffled Trio
Brock's departure changes the whole dynamic and gives this season a flavor unlike any other in the group's history.

A change of region does not mean a moment of peace: Jessie, James and Meowth chase the group across the open sea, usually aboard their ridiculous pedal-powered Magikarp submarine.
